RETURN POLICY
- IN CASE THERE IS A SIZING ISSUE, YOU HAVE 3 DAYS TO RAISE A SINGLE TIME RETURN REQUEST AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
- WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, ONCE YOU ISSUE THE RETURN YOU WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL AND WILL HAVE TO PAY A FEE OF RS 350 EACH FOR THE SHIPPING PICKUP FEE OF EACH ITEM.
- IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND UNTAMPERED WITH. A SCREENSHOT OR RECEIPT OF THE PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE PRESENT.
- RETURNS ARE CARRIED OUT BY SENDING AN EMAIL WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER, ORDER ITEM, RETURN REASON TO CUSTOMERSERVICE@STEPONMYEGO.COM
- ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ORDER AND INSPECTED IT, YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT VIA EMAIL.
- ORDERS BOUGHT FROM THE RETURN STORE CREDIT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AGAIN.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATION OF ORDERS, IF ORDER CANCELLATION IS INSISTED 10% WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT REFUNDED. IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED, THIS IS NOT APPLICABLE AND THERE WILL BE NO CANCELLATION WHATSOEVER.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR A WRONG SIZE HAS BEEN SENT. IN THIS CASE KINDLY CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE IF CONFUSED BETWEEN SIZES BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ORDERS THAT ARE CUSTOM MADE UNLESS THERE IS A VALID VIDEO PROOF SHOWCASING FAULT IN SIZING.
