 We are a made to order brand owing to our sustainable business model. Our COD test run showed us that a lot of people tend to not accept the package/not make the owed payment. This completely disrupts our model and is also unfair to all our kaarigars and staff who put in a lot of effort to produce and deliver to you a perfect product! Hence, as a brand we decided to do away with the COD mode of payment.

With every vegan leather purchase, we provide a 'vegan leather care guide' to ensure that your item remains in its original state for a lasting time!

To keep things spicy, we aim to release a new product every 10 days ;)

Yes, of course! You can send in an email with your order number from your registered email ID to customerservice@steponmyego.com and mention the desired length you'd want for your top! 

You can also mention it on the 'Order Notes' section under checkout!

Owing to our sustainability goal, we follow a made to order model. A made to order model reduces the wastage of fabric waste AKA deadstock and hence has a more positive impact on landfills from our side. The minute you place your order, our kaarigars start work to create your piece!
